When politicians don't allow recording devices at a speaking event, you know they plan on lying to their audience. That way they don't have to defend anything they say, or say they were misquoted.

Apparently the number one thing they are afraid of is Youtube.....

I hope they realize that not having town halls, taking cameras away WILL backfire on them as well.

Not allowing their statements to be recorded definitely indicates that they intend to lie to their constituents and not have it publicly aired. If they are ashamed of what they are saying, they should not say it.
