I saw Bachmann on Face the Nation, and her earlier statement was neither a joke, or metaphor. Bachmann should know by know she can't make statements to her base, without the rest of the Country hearing what she said. She is starting to sound like Pat Robertson, and like him, I think she might believe what she says.

She's so crazy, even she knows it.

You shouldn't hold her responsible for things she says to appeal to nuts and morons. How else is she going to get GOP nom.

Not her fault GOP has collapsed into blackhole of nuts and morons. Only way you can get nominated now is to be lobotomized.

Just another passenger in GOP crazy train.

I watched the Sunday morning political "news "shows and the interviewers allow the respondents to ramble without ever answering a YES or NO question.

Do you want drilling in the Everglades?

Will you cut social security?

Will you repeal gays in the military?

Will you sign another Tea Party pledge?

Did your State receive TARP money?

The wee-wee dance answers are pathetic....long self aggrandizing lectures on how they will improve America...without ONE WORD OF SUBSTANCE.

PLEASE...a YES or NO question should have a YES or NO answer.

The hosts of these shows should "go to the tape"...display the campaign promise or political posturing and nip the diddling.

O N L Y Jon Stewart is smart enough to roll a tape and let the words of the candidates either indite, clarify or support their agenda.

And...when the public turns on a candidate...calling the "I was only kidding" card is sooooo disingenuous. Ironic, NO ONE was laughing when the outrageous statement was made.

I'm so sick of the circular nonsensical answers.

I would love to receive one dollar for every time Bachmann states:

" .....the American People ...."

.... because I would put it in a special fund, and after the election donate it to the Fed - it would make a noticeable dent in the National Debt.

Every time she mutters those words, I cringe at the contrived sincerity .... its just .... yuck.

"I believe in God," Bachmann said. "I'm not ashamed to say that I believe in God. I'm a woman of faith, and a woman of prayer. But the comments that I made right then was a metaphor, that was very simply what I was doing."

Allow me to Google-translate (as "ancient fundie-to-English") this statement for those with triple-digit IQs and feet in this millennium:

"I am gullible. Because I have no self-respect, I am REALLY gullible. For those of you who missed my tits, allow me to point out that I am a REALLY gullible and clueless WOMAN -- as in: play your cards right with a 'God told me to do you' gambit and you'll likely have to pry my heels off the back of my ears and find the Barbie undies later. And you won't have to buy me breakfast, but you better plan on a good, long prayer afterward -- you know, when I apologize to the Big Guy for saying 'Oh God!' and tell you how awesome you were even though we both know it just completely sucked.

But, hey, that's not LYING. That's what we fundie idiots call a 'metaphor'..."

*sigh* Still, I suppose the teapugs want to maintain Bachmann in their rich palette of options for their sloped-forehead constituents for the time being -- you know, to counter the intellectual inter-party faction that are pushing that braniac Perry on everyone...

Question, though: Why does God choose a marketing firm which specializes in stupid?

Or, ELSE, there may some Christians out there who wholeheartedly believe in what they believe, and, don't really care what you believe, as long as we are not insulted in the process!

I used to think that the generic Christian prejudice towards atheists was wrong. It seems as if the shoe is on the other foot now, and now, I believe both to be wrong!

I am not a Bachmann fan in any way, shape of form. But seeing the type of questions they ask her I have to say "WTF?" I feel the media is being extreme unprofessional, biased and doing everything they can to entrap her. They keep asking her even more bizarre questions every time I open the paper. Why doesn't the media ask simular questions of those running on the Democrat side?

Any reply she could or would make only feeds the media frenzy following her around. No matter what she would reply she can't win for losing.

RI Mom

a YES or NO question should have a YES or NO answer.

Then ask some

Do you want drilling in the Everglades?

She has answered this already. The want is dependent upon it being to be done in an ecologically sound manner. Pay attention now:

Let’s access it responsibly. That’s the answer. If we can access energy responsibly, we do it. If we can’t, we don’t. It’s that simple. - Michelle Bachmann

Next

Will you cut social security?

You first have to define cut. Do you mean would she do an across the board cut, targeted cuts, cuts that only affect those with a net worth above some level. Sounds more like a loaded question where a Yes or no could simply be used against her later. Although I believe she has already given a very specific answer to that question:

Anyone who is not yet on those programs, we are going to change them.

Of course Daily Kos says she was advocating eliminating them. That you'd be "on your own", but really it isn't like I expect straight reporting from them.

Next

Will you repeal gays in the military?

Not within the power of the President to do this unilaterally (this is what led to a lot of the President's broken and stalled promises promising what isn't really in their power to do, wish they would stop doing that). Congress has to pass a bill doing so first. So I assume you meant would she support a ban of gays openly serving. Again, already answered. I believe she said she probably would after conferring with military leaders. That tends to inform me she is inclined to do so, but would confer with the military first before making a final decision.

I guess we could do it your way, give a yes or no now, before conferring with them. But that just seems rash to me. Is that what you look for in a leader?

Will you sign another Tea Party pledge?

Obviously bait. What is in the pledge, what would it say. That is not a yes or no question.

You know I think I know the source of these questions. Allow me to clear it up now. She is a Republican. In fact she is a pretty hard-core Republican.

Hands-up people who didn't know that.

Anyone?

Ya'll oppose Baughman and claim she is , amoug other things: "stupid". How then do you explain how so called Rep. Hank Johnson (D-Ga.) who raised some eyebrows with a comment he made about the U.S. territory of Guam during a House Armed Services Committee hearing.

http: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNZczIgVXjg

Former Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. Remember her? She was once one of your - a Gerogia Democrat before she switched alliences and became a Greem Party member. She's the one who punched a Capitol Hill cop for having the audacity of asking her for identification when she brushed past a security point like she was the Queen of Sheba? She tried to turn the incident into a race thing . The majority of fellow Democrats and the Black Caucus members, agreed the stop was not base on race.

She had made public remarks aligning herself with the nascent conspiracy theorists (9/11 Truthers) -- questioning whether the Bush administration knew about the 9/11 attacks beforehand, and allowed them to happen in order to benefit key business interests. I never read or heard of the news media hounding her for that view.

Well, that fun lovin'gal just keeps the hits coming. The regime of Muammar Qaddafi in Libya received a boost from a special guest during the last week of May 2011. She appeared on its television propaganda against the country's rebels and the NATO force opposing the government.

The former Georgia representative slammed the economic policies of U.S. President Barack Obama and said the government of the United States no longer represents the interests of the American people.

"I want to say categorically and very clearly that these policies of war ... are not what the people of the United States stand for and it's not what African-Americans stand for," she told state TV. "I want to say categorically and very clearly that these policies of war ... are not what the people of the United States stand for and it's not what African-Americans stand for," she told state TV.

http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/05/former-rep-cynthia-mckinney-appears-on-libyan-state-tv-video.php

Again, there was no 24/7 news media coverage asking her why she was there? No one aked why she made comments that seem that single out blacks as different than other Americans.

http://tpmdc.talkingpointsmemo.com/2011/05/former-rep-cynthia-mckinney-appears-on-libyan-state-tv-video.php

And before someone goes there...yes I am aware she is no longer an elected official. But then again niether is that walking stand up comedian, Palin. And the media follows Palin's every move and reports ad nauseam, on every less then brilliant word she utters like it represents yours and my personal views.

maybe there would be more intelligent conversation had the subject , Bachmann, actually had intelligence ??

what is sad ... is that there are many stupid people out there who believe her BS .

Michele Bachmann may be hosting the "Super Bowl of Freedom" but when it comes to telling the truth, she is on the losing team. Whether trying to scare people with outrageous claims or outright mislead them with lies – lies that can and have been disproven time and again – Michele Bachmann simply can't be trusted. In the competition for the truth, Michele Bachmann is 0-5, just check out a few of her tall tales below.

http://www.dccc.org/page/content/bachmannwatch

Michele Bachmann Lies About Profiting From Govt Subsidized Dairy Farm
http://www.politicususa.com/en/bachmann-dairy-farm

Michele Bachmann lies about own family reunion?
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2011/08/15/1007311/-Michele-Bachmann-lies-about-own-family-reunion

Bachmann's Gaffes and Lies Mean She's Unfit for White House

Is there a dumbing down of America?

While in New Hampshire, she attributed the battle of the Minutemen in Lexington and Concord ("the shot heard 'round the world") as taking place there instead of Massachusetts.

She lied about profiting from government subsidized dairy farms. She also stated that she and her husband never made a penny from the family dairy farm, but her financial disclosure forms report that from 2006-2009 she made $32,503-$105,000 in profit from that farm.

She stated that then speaker Nancy Pelosi ran up a $100,000 bar bill on military jets when it actually totaled less than $7,000.

She stated Social Security is broke when it has a surplus.

She said that 30 percent of all doctors will leave their profession under Obamacare; not true.

She said that Acorn is a paid part of the Census Bureau; it is not.

She said that the president released all of the oil from the strategic oil reserve; he did not.

She also claimed that the president's policies have led to the price of groceries going up by 29 percent.

In an interview with George Stephanopolous on ABC, she stated (again) that our Founding Fathers fought to end slavery (although Thomas Jefferson and other Founding Fathers were slave owners) and cited that John Quincy Adams was one of our Founding Fathers, although he was only nine when the Revolutionary War began. [Check out a roundup of political cartoons on the 2012 GOP primary.]

I always thought it was PA too, so I did some research and found this in an article from the Huffington Post.

"And when he spoke to a group of his wealthier Golden State backers at a San Francisco fund-raiser last Sunday, Barack Obama took a shot at explaining the yawning cultural gap that separates a Turkeyfoot from a Marin County."

"You go into some of these small towns in Pennsylvania, and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest, the jobs have been gone now for 25 years and nothing's replaced them," Obama said. "And they fell through the Clinton Administration, and the Bush Administration, and each successive administration has said that somehow these communities are gonna regenerate and they have not. And it's not surprising then they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

Imagine her surprise if ever she should get elected President, when she finds out that Constitutionally she can do even 1/8th, or less, of all the things she says she is going to do to our country herself as President. But, even with executive order the President has limited powers. The things she is talking about will require Congress to OK it, and hopefully, there will be a Democrat controlled Congress in order to keep the GOPTeaBags from completely dismantling our democracy and destroying our country even more than they have already. She is under this delusional idea that as President she can call all the shots and everyone will just run around and follow all her orders spit-spot with not arguments. She will disband Congress, and they won't be needed anymore, so there goes our democracy. This is the kind of lunacy Bachmann, Palin, and the other GOPTeaBags like them fantasize in.

One very big thing they forget, just how do they think they are going to be able to do that without declaring war on the America, because the majority of the American people will not tolerate it and will fight against. How much do the think the military will put up with it. They dream these lunatic dreams and fantasies and think it will just all fall into place just like the dream it will. They have the brains of demented idiot.

But ya know.....I am really curious as the what message Bachmann thinks God is speaking to Rick Perry as he dries it to the bone, then slowly burns up the entire state of Texas. Maybe he trying to tell him, "Liar! Liar! Pants on Fire!" Or....maybe..."When you commit sinful acts in my name, there is Hell to pay. "

That never stops a candidate from promising stuff.

How many of President Obama's promises were within the power of the President to enact compared to requiring Congress?

Here are his top 25 from politifact.

  • Create a foreclosure prevention fund for homeowners - NOPE
  • Create a tax credit of $500 for workers - NOPE
  • Repeal the Bush tax cuts for higher incomes - Sort of, could of just let it expire
  • Begin removing combat brigades from Iraq - Yep
  • Train and equip the Afghan army - Sort of (train yes, equip NOPE)
  • End the use of torture - Yep,
  • Close the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center - Yep
  • Restrict warrantless wiretaps - Yep
  • Seek verifiable reductions in nuclear stockpiles - Weaselly, "seek"
  • Centralize ethics and lobbying information for voters - NOPE, from where would he derive the authority?
  • Require more disclosure and a waiting period for earmarks - NOPE
  • Tougher rules against revolving door for lobbyists and former officials - Yep
  • Secure the borders - Sort of, needs Congress to give him the money
  • Provide a path to citizenship for undocumented immigrants - NOPE
  • Reform mandatory minimum sentences - NOPE
  • Secure nuclear weapons materials in four years - Sort of
  • Strengthen antitrust enforcement - Yep
  • Create new financial regulations - Probably
  • Sign a "universal" health care bill - Sort of "signing it sure, but Congress had to send it to him
  • Create 5 million "green" jobs - NOPE

So of these 25, 13 he could do as President, although still not fully solo.

So making promises beyond what they have the direct authority to implement is hardly new.

I wished the media moderators would press her on the point when she claims: 'God wanted me to run for president'. So far I understand the whole thing was a one-way conversation she had, with her doing all the talking (to God) the way kids talk to their dolls.

Either way, whether she talks to herself, speaks in two voices or claims to have seen a 700-foot, robed sage in the desert or the snow-blown wastelands between Fargo and Faribault (WAIT, would she ask for his birth certificate or credentials)... You want that kook for president?

I'm thinking of a famous scene in the movie 'The Mask' in which stone-faced Ben Stein says to 'crazy' Jim Carey: "If you like I could arrange for a SAFE environment for you tonight!"

smeagol,

the whole thing was a one-way conversation she had, with her doing all the talking (to God) the way kids talk to their dolls.

Kind of creepshow frightening but I'm confident the broad, Bachman, has more than proven she is like Palin, a ditz.

My question is what's up with her constituency to not also recognize that and support her?

Can't they see she is only in it for the money from big money donors for her campaign and self to enrich herself?

How many of her constituency have lost jobs or cannot find jobs because of her direct work with fellow schill republicans in congress whose priority is not jobs but only to conspire to make the president a one termer while American citizens suffer day in and day out?

Truth is Bachman doesn't give a damn about the American people.

Truth is Bachman is a babbling idiot like Palin with no ideas how to put Americans back to work. She is only lockstep hellbent on NOT working with the congress and president to solve problems but only cruising on the Teabag express and contributing to the downfall of the American people and in bed like the corporate whore she is with big money.

I really don't think the star-struck simpletons that rally for Palin, Bachmann, Coulter or even Perry fully understand the 'candidate's' logic' or lack thereoff. If Palin or Bachmann were...hmm, 'homely' they would have long been dismissed. But they 'look good' enough as talking heads, so the 'joe-the-plumbers' wrongly conclude they 'must be saying something smart'.

What elavates the likes of Palin and Bachmann is America's superficial fascination with 'pretty talking heads' and a widespread confusion about 'what is going on in the world' . My personal observations leads me to believe that these two witches of Eastwick appeal especially to those with contempt, mistrust or odd views or who 'struggle' with the following issues: science (can't be right), public and higher education (indoctrination), 'them new cars are no good', 'stupid' seat-belts and 'fancy' pollution controls, conspiracy theories, doomsday talk, half-truths, 'one-world-guvment', Elvis is alive, 'communists are out to get us', 'drill, drill, drill' (it will get ME cheap gas at the pump,)evolution ain't right, "creationism and a world only 6,000 years old', 'everybody wants MY stuff' , 'more trickle down economics'- caused it worked so well', 'I don't care what THEY say, I want to see the birth certificate myself' (whoa, that looks different that Hawaii thing. Is Hawaii a foreign country)... and they want gas for less than what the world market price is... sound familiar?

smeagol, Unfortunately the general electorate pays little attention to politics, and the "squeaky wheel" gets most of the attention. The Tea Party / GOP tell the same lies over and over, so people start to believe them. To their credit, they are much better than the Democratic Party, by getting a general unified message out day after day, even if it's not true.

Moderators today don't know how to moderate. They set their and let this people ramble on and never answer the question. They know that these tearepublicans are not going to answer their questions so why bring them on their show. They are just going to give a speech or dance around the question. The moderators know that if they ask serious questions and pressed too hard for definitive answers or detailed follow-ups, no one would come on their shows. This is ratings-based entertainment with corporate sponsors wanting to reach a demographic, not a probing, intelligent conversation about issues. It is what we have become since commercial and cable TV have blurred the line between news and entertainment. Bob Shieffer should have been wearing a clown suit. If you are looking for a fundamental reason why America is no longer the country it once was - and will probably never be again - dumbing down the public in exchange for filthy lucre is one of the principal reasons.

Precisely why Matthews is on cable. He wouldn't last a minute on commercial TV and, even now, the people he needs to come on his show - the Perrys, the Bachmanns. the Romneys, the Palins, the Gingrichs, the Santorums, the Cains, etc., wouldn't even return his phone call, and he is left to debate the C- and D-listers on the TeaPublikan side and those "political strategists" who would do absolutely anything for face time on TV. That is exactly what I am talking about, and thank you for helping me prove my point.

Lynn, I am totally a fan of Matthews and Maddow and, to a lesser extent, O'Donnell and Ed. I long for truly intelligent interviews from broadcasters on the Responsible Right (accent on "Responsible"). Unfortunately, all we have is Beck, Hannity, O'Reilly and Limbaugh, so I just tune out. In particular, I think that Beck, Hannity and Limbaugh are to intelligent news and interviews what Superman is to law enforcement. I watch Matthews and Maddow on a daily basis and know who his interviews are. I used to watch Beck, O'Reilly and Hannity, but got tired of getting my intelligence insulted on a daily basis, and after my laughter stopped, there was no further reason to tune those fools in. Never will Bachmann, Perry, Romney, McConnell, Boehner or Cohen ever appear on Matthews's show. So, what's your point?

Steve, seeing the supporters gives their candidates wiggle room to disassociate from what they say. I want all candidates, Teapublikans and Democrats alike, have their feet held to the fire of intelligent, probing interviews, with no holds barred. Obama was interviewed by O'Reilly. Why can't any Teapublikan candidates accept a Matthews or Maddow challenge?

What's your point, Dangerous? Are you suggesting that running for public office, especially POTUS, should provide you with the same EOE safeguards that one would get if running for burger-flipper at McDonalds, or a teacher, or CEO of Goldman Sachs? Hell, man, it's public office and, if you want it, your life is PROPERLY an open book, and honest, detailed answers is the absolute LEAST we, the people, should expect from our candidates. And the failure to provide those answers should be automatic grounds for disqualification, no? After all, if a candidate gives a non-answer or a partial answer or an evasive answer or an intellectually dishonest answer to a direct question, aren't we fair in assuming that the candidate is hiding something?

Is there any doubt that she meant exactly what she said when she said it? It's simply too bad that these "people of God, people of faith and people of prayer" suddenly run and hide from their true beliefs when challenged publicly about them. It would be nice if they had the courage of their convictions and were brave enough to lay them on the line. One should ask her if being elected president is more important than standing up publicly for her god-fearing beliefs. I mean, c'mon, Jesus was not afraid to be crucified for them. So why wouldn't phonies like Backmann simply risk losing an election? Wassamatta, Michelle? Hypocricy got your tongue?

Of course. But that means two things of importance to me: (1) She is a prevaricator and so craven that getting elected is more important than standing up for her religious principles and beliefs; and (2) that having been said, she obviously has a hidden agenda which makes her - and her ilk and those who support her in the face of her cravenness - gravely dangerous to the Republic. Hell, even Hitler wrote "Mein Kampf" for all to read and was always 100% clear about what he thought should be done and what he would do if given the power to do it! In that respect, one would have to conclude that Hitler was far more honest and transparent a person than Bachmann.

Heck of a statement, too---to honestly be able to say that Der F&*^%#! Fuehrer was a more honest and transparent politician than Michelle Bachmann. For those of us who have "followed" her career, she is performing EXACTLY as expected---that is, melting down in front of the world.

Of course she side-stepped the question, then deflected to some other topic when pressed. It's her basic attempt at damage control, whenever she puts her foot in her mouth. Can't wait for someone to give this clown more foot-long corn dogs and send her back to Minnesota (sorry, Minnesotans).

Well.....ya know, my thoughts on the two Bachmann's is that, she says that you can pray away the gay. She liked him though, as he bought into all her religious BS, so seeing as it could be a years long effort to pray away the his gay, she married him. While they had 5 biological children, there is artificial insemination so there would be really be a need for a sexual union between them, and to the world they would appear to be a straight couple. It would seem that most of the foster children they had were females, and maybe that was because the Mrs. didn't trust Marcus with other males living in the house. It seems that most of the people were handled at the clinic by Counselors, however, we don't know their preferred orientation either. Sort of like, do as I say, not as I do.

Every thing about them is just creepy. Their actions reminded of the movie "The Body Snatchers." They look like humans, but, really are not of this world.

It's amazing how extreme partisanship can just allow you to lie about someone even when you present evidence that contradicts your own accusation. Example:

But on Face the Nation, Bachmann didn't exactly answer the question. "Obviously I was speaking metaphorically," she said, adding that Hurricane Irene was "a terrible tragedy."

HELLO! "I was speaking metaphorically" IS an answer. It's just not the answer you were hoping for. The answer you were hoping for is "Yes I was serious. I believe God was punishing Democrats by sending the storm." That's what you were hoping she would say, but since she didn't, you just pretend she "dodged the question."

And the sheep just go along with it saying, "Oh yes yes it's so terrible the way she won't answer the question, harumph harumph, harumph...Hey I didn't get a 'harumph' out of that guy!"

"Give the blogger a 'harumph'!"

"Harumph!"

"You watch your ass."

Just. Wow.

At least some fuel savings can be made - as Air Force One would get parked up, wont be needed, she will just be ignored by world leaders. Love it or hate it, its a Global Economy and a Global Political scene, days are loooong gone when one Country can dominate it.

Serious question for those idle moments when staring at the ceiling, can anyone seriously see Bachmann representing the US on the World Stage? ..........

To put it more bluntly martypoo, having had batsh-tcrazy bachmann as a rep, I will state that when she said she was speaking metaphorically, she WAS KNOWNINGLY AND DELIBERATELY LYING THRU HER TEETH. Her every action and word since she first crawled out of the slime of some sewer along the St Croix has been whole heartedly extremist rightwing fascist christer in its intent, and until now she has at least stood by her fascist christer remarks. Now, like her forebearer in politics, Hitler, when put on the spot to actually defend her vile utterances and grunts and howls, she gets defensive and even offended that someone would actually take her sub-human grunt for what it actually meant.

Let's just hope the christer fascist b-tch never has the opportunity to do to her opponents what her political inspiration Hitler was able to do to his.

Hey feel free to disagree with her or even doubt her honesty. All I'm doing is pointing out that the title of this piece is dishonest, as is the content. It wasn't enough to be critical and then support that criticism with evidence. This author had to lie. But, like so many others on both sides of the political spectrum, he knows that as long as he is preaching to the partisan choir, the truth is not actually necessary.

Basically we had a controversy - albeit a very small one - about her comments. The question and answer should put that to bed. Then we can move on to important issues. Instead, this writer sought to keep the controversy alive by imagining that she dodged the question.

I do not want this woman for my President, but it is a definite possibility. The more attention you bring to each and everyone of her misspeaks regardless of how frivolous or inconsequential they may be is enabling her. When you attract attention you attract scrutiny. When people see the context most of these are made in and the excessive attention paid to them they may well find her lack of gamesmanship in elections as an endearing trait and put her over the top.

She has already dropped to third in the Rep. Polls which puts her even further down when you consider they are still hoping for more candidates. Why keep focusing attention on her?

Truth? be told? - HER God.

If you think you can interprete or assume to understand the language of a politician, you are pitifully vulnerable to their hypocrisy and brain-washing tactic.

Faith is something you apparently do not understand or can not accept

However many pretend to accept some faith without understanding it. Because, in their plot to deceive others in order to fulfill their own agenda, they have to adopt a faith they do not live by, provided that doing so will earn them the support of those naive ones they want to exploit. Let your faith of the God you serve and believe in reflect in your daily actions, but not in your words. If we, the people, didn't have to vote, one would never hear the word "God" uttered by any politician.

As your multi cultural anit-ism anti- spiritual dogma hedonists would say in a universal voice... 'peace be with you".

Thank you, and Peace be with you too.

I would love to receive one dollar for every time Bachmann states:

        " .....the American People

Ha ha ha, I remember Dubya also used that term a lot. I think Bachman just picked up on it and ran with it.

But it's amazing how she can spin on a dime, and change the subject on you, without even blinking....

Avalon, I do believe you are a libertarian troll that is now online and trying to dumb down the public with posts such as yours.

Yep, sure looks like one of their tactics. Repeat something no matter how ignorant, enough times and sooner or later it will be taken as fact. But I think Avalon is preaching to the wrong congregation.

Anytime someone using the words ALL OF the people of (fill in your country), religious domination, political registration, State of (fill in the name), union, sexual orientation, Rich, middle class, poor, etc, etc they are over reaching into fiction.

Every single individual is dynamic in their feeling and views no matter their location, education, economic status, religion, or political views. Similarity is not the same as being cloned.

I detest the use of "the American People" by any politician for these reasons. Not one of them knows me and therefore can not speak for me. But I can chose who I want to represent me- warts and all.

God will use lightening bolts for emphasis but not the Weather as it cuts to broad a swath and makes everybody feel guilty , which contrary to Evangelical belief is not God's intent . God wants you to enjoy your short , one way trip and Hey Weather happens . Just be careful out there ,watch for weird cloud formations and watch the Weather Channel .
